[Happy Thanksgiving]
Happy Thanksgiving. On Thanksgiving, our family always organizes all the closets, preparing winter clothes, and sets up the Christmas tree in the living room.(It’s never too early:D) So, this morning, just like before, I started organizing the storerooms and closets in our house. While tidying the storeroom, I found a bag full of masks sent by my parents from Korea during the peak of Covid-19.
Seeing the bag, my wife said, “Wow, that’s real love.” When the hidden bag was discovered, we once again experienced the immense love of our parents.
This experience taught us a valuable lesson. Often, we forget the love we’ve received. The same is true for God’s love. His great love for us is often forgotten in our lives. If we fail to find and experience God’s love, it’s no different from the masks in our storeroom. God’s love should be sought and found in our lives. This Thanksgiving, why not spend time reflecting on the things we are thankful for and sharing the forgotten love of God with our family? Today, on Thanksgiving, I pray that every home overflows with God’s love and blessings.
